“Greetings Jack, Let me take a few moments of your time to thank you and express my gratitude for your professional expertise and the successful closing of escrow on my family’s property today. When this effort started for me last August the enormity of the project had my head spinning. All I could think of was the hours I’d have to burn driving 300 miles in Los Angeles traffic. I was a sad, sad man. Then our mutual friend connected us and you literally gave me my life back. I’m sure that my out-of-town status and the wait for the renovations to wrap up were more difficult for you to wait through than they were for me. Then there was the Trust status of the property. It must be some kind of McSweeney magic but it all came together and in the end I never had a moment of stress. I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention how lost in the woods I’d have been without your access to trades- people and other connections in the renovations trade, Matt and his crew were especially outstanding.
