I am a California Real Estate Licensee (since 1989) and a South Bay resident since 1956. I am with RE/MAX Estate Properties as a REALTOR ®. I am a member of the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award, Hall of Fame, 100 percent Club and Executive Club. Over the years, I have been a member of both the South Bay and the Palos Verdes Peninsula Association of REALTORS ®. I have been at the PVPAR since 2002 where I served on the Board of Directors for the years: 2013 / 2014 / 2015 /2020. I have also served on the Budget and Finance Committee and Strategic Planning Committee.

I am married to Joan. We have been married for over 35 years.

I am different than most other Realtors, I like to think that I swim against the current because I do much more than most other agents. I spend  a lot of time learning things that help my clients tremendously to get top dollar. I am a licensed Realtor (Lic.#01027223). I specialize in representing my clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences and income property within The South Bay area of Los Angeles. I truly love this area and pride myself on my knowledge of current transactions, school districts, neighborhood information, and related services, including mortgage, insurance and inspection information. Most of all i know most all of the top producing Agents and they know me!
